Misty B. Tate, BCBA, LBA
Owner & Board Certified Behavior AnalystMisty B. Tate is the Owner and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) of ABA of Alabama. With nearly 30 years of experience working with individuals of all abilities across a wide range of ages, she is passionate about serving children and families affected by autism and helping them reach their fullest potential.
As a BCBA, Misty is committed to providing compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care that supports meaningful growth and lasting success. She believes that every child is uniquely created with incredible potential and is dedicated to helping children develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in their everyday lives.
Her Christian faith is at the heart of her work and serves as the foundation for her commitment to serving others with compassion, integrity, and kindness. Misty considers it a privilege to partner with families, celebrating each child's achievements while providing support and encouragement throughout their journey.
At ABA of Alabama, Misty is dedicated to providing high-quality, BCBA-led in-home ABA therapy to families throughout the Baldwin County community. Her mission is to empower children, strengthen families, and create meaningful opportunities for growth, one milestone at a time.
Misty is passionate about building strong relationships founded on trust and believes that the most meaningful progress happens when children, families, and clinicians work together to support each child's unique journey.
Autumn Allison, RBT
Registered Behavioral Technician Autumn Allison is a member of the ABA Services of Alabama team. Her journey into the field began with a passion for helping children grow, connect, and thrive in ways that are meaningful to them and their families. Over the years, she has had the privilege of working closely with children and witnessing those “little wins” turn into life-changing moments—an experience that continues to guide her work each day.
Autumn is currently continuing her education to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), an important step in further expanding the support and care she provides to families. She remains committed to ongoing learning and professional growth in order to best serve her clients.
Outside of work, Autumn is newly married and enjoys spending time with her husband and their three dogs. Family is an important part of her life, and she brings that same sense of care, compassion, and connection into her work with children and families.
Autumn is grateful to be part of the team and to support families as they work toward meaningful progress and growth.

Registered Behavioral TechnicianYasmin Holmes, RBT
Yasmin Holmes is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with three years of experience supporting children on the autism spectrum in developing meaningful skills and reaching their goals. She is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and celebrate progress—both big and small.
Yasmin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her educational background, combined with her clinical experience in ABA, supports her commitment to providing thoughtful, individualized care to the families she works with.
Her journey into the ABA field began with a desire to better understand and support children and their families, a passion she continues to carry into her daily work. She is currently working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with the goal of further supporting families through both behavioral and mental health services.
Outside of her professional role, Yasmin enjoys spending time with her husband and their two cats as they begin this new chapter together. Family remains an important part of her life, and she brings compassion, authenticity, and sincerity into every interaction.
