Let's Get Started

Get started with 5 simple steps!

Let’s Get Started

  • Step 1

    Complete the ABA Interest Form

Tell us a little about your child and family by filling out our online ABA Interest Form. This helps us get to know you, review your insurance benefits and eligibility, and determine how we can best support your family.

  • Step 2

    Request a Referral

A referral is required. Please contact your child's primary care physician and request a referral for ABA therapy.

Referrals can be faxed to 251-929-9836.

  • Step 3

Send Us Your Child's Diagnostic Paperwork and Insurance Card

Email us a copy of your child's psychological evaluation or autism diagnostic report and insurance card. You’re welcome to also send any other relevant records you'd like to share.

  • Step 4

    Connect With Our Team

When Steps 1, 2 and 3 are complete you can expect a member of our team to reach out to answer your questions, gather any additional information, discuss current availability, and talk through what comes next.

  • Step 5

    Begin the Intake Process

Once we've reviewed your information and confirmed availability, we'll guide you through the intake process, including additional forms, insurance authorization, and scheduling your child's initial assessment.

  • Ready. Set. Go!

We're excited for the opportunity to serve your family. Whether you're ready to begin services or simply have questions about the process, our team is here to help.

We look forward to talking to you soon!

What Comes Next

  • Schedule Assessment

Once our team has reviewed your information and confirmed availability, our BCBA will reach out to schedule your child's initial in-home assessment. This is an opportunity for us to get to know your child and family, discuss your goals and concerns, and begin developing an individualized plan for services.

  • Insurance Authorization

Once the assessment is complete, we submit the recommended treatment plan to your insurance company for authorization. Approval times vary depending on your insurance provider.

  • Start In-Home ABA Therapy

Once approved, we'll carefully match your family with an RBT based on your child's needs and scheduling availability.

Therapy begins in your home, where your child can learn and practice meaningful skills within everyday routines.
